Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Leasing Specialist to join our team. The Retail Leasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and securing new retail locations for our company, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and developers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential retail locations for expansion through market research, site visits, and networking with property owners and developers.
- Negotiate lease agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact through lease execution, including lease review, negotiation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the real estate development team, to assess potential locations and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements that may impact the retail leasing process.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to senior management for approval.
- Implementing a leasing management plan to search for new locations.
- Following up on lease contract renewals.
- Follow up on rent payments.
Requirements:
- Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Have experience in using Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in using Google Earth.
- Possession of a Saudi license.
- Willingness to travel on a weekly basis between different cities.
