Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and strategic People and Culture Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand unique team needs, develop impactful cultural initiatives, and ensure our values are embedded in everyday operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess and understand the unique cultural needs of each team.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Work closely with department managers and other stakeholders to align cultural initiatives with business strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of current culture programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting the organization's values and ensuring they are reflected in day-to-day operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on cultural matters.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, or team-building activities to reinforce the desired organizational culture.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices related to organizational culture and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on cultural matters or reporting cultural concerns.
  • Coordinate with management to handle complaints, conflicts and other issues arising from or between employees.
  • Constant visits to stores and company locations to observe the culture and prepare the plans

Qualifications

  • Saudi Nationals Only
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a culture-related role.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in organizational culture.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking, strong leadership, excellent communication, adaptability, and a commitment.
