- A retail sales trainer is responsible for providing training and support to retail sales in order to improve their selling skills and brand knowledge including materials and lenses.
- Increase sales and customer satisfaction following eyewa customer experience to be best in class.
- Ensuring that retail teams are compliant with company policies and procedures
- Responsible for providing training and support to retail store employees within a specific region.
- Their job duties include designing and delivering training programs
- Localizing/translating all the training topics/ materials
- Assessing the effectiveness of training
- Coaching and mentoring store employees
- Managing budgets and resources related to training
- Providing reports to SM. AM, management
- Responsible for keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and plan training sessions.
- Coach, motivate and retain staff.
- Take up scheduled and regular 1-1 with the customer service agents.
