Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
  • Customer Service: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to ensure product availability
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays and layouts align with the company's brand and merchandising guidelines.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes, implement cost-control measures, and optimize staffing levels.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget, monitor expenses, and report financial. performance to senior management.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement loss prevention measures and security protocols to safeguard store assets and prevent theft.


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail POS systems.
